Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. If your item is faulty or doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll offer a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
To start a return, email us at info@chulle.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that appear to be worn
- Items that have been damaged or stained
- Items purchased at a sale price
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
For full-price items, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
For sale items refunds are not available. You can exchange the item or request store credit.
