RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Chulle, we hope you fall in love with every piece!

As a small business, we approach every step of our process with love and dedication, because we want to give our community the very best. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and make the experience as smooth and thoughtful as possible.

RETURN WINDOW

For full-priced items, returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window cannot be accepted, so please place your request in time.

EXCHANGES

We happily accept exchanges initiated within 10 days of receiving your order, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We can accommodate one exchange per order, as multiple exchanges are costly and unsustainable for a small business. If you’re unsure about sizing, fit, or colour, please reach out before requesting an exchange—we’re always happy to guide you so you find the perfect piece.

Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed or for store credit to be issued.

REFUNDS

As a small brand with limited stock, processing returns can be delicate, and we kindly ask that you place your order with care. At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind. In line with Australian Consumer Law, refunds are only provided for items that are faulty.

Full-Priced Items: Eligible for store credit, valid for up to 2 years.

Sale Items: All sales are final– refunds, exchanges, or store credit are not available.

Store Credit Purchases: Items purchased with store credit are final and cannot be exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@chulle.com with photos and details of the issue. We will carefully assess the problem and provide instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the situation, faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Please note that general wear and tear or damage from improper care are not considered faults.

Chulle reserves the right to determine a genuine manufacturing fault. If an item is deemed faulty, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit.

PACKAGING & CARE FOR RETURN

Please return items folded neatly in their original packaging where possible, to avoid creases or damage. Items that arrive damaged due to careless packaging may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that appear worn, washed, or altered

Items with visible stains, pet hair, or strong odours

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price

Please note that if an item falls into any of the categories above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/REFUND FOR A STORE CREDIT

To request an exchange or a refund via store credit, simply email info@chulle.com with the subject line “EXCHANGE” or “REFUND” and include your order details. We’ll guide you through the next steps to ensure your request is handled smoothly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur duties, taxes (VAT), or other import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. For international exchanges or replacements, the customer is responsible for return shipping, the shipping cost of the new item, and any duties or taxes on the replacement shipment.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE - US ORDERS

Starting August 2025, all orders shipped from Australia to the U.S. may be subject to U.S. import tariffs and taxes, regardless of the order value.

Tariff rates vary depending on product type and destination state, and customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. We recommend checking U.S. customs or your courier for estimated tariffs before placing your order.

Please note: Under the new rules, even smaller parcels (under $800) may be subject to tariffs.  We are not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees applied by U.S. authorities.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are non-cancellable. Due to limited quantities and our handmade production process, once your pre-order is placed it goes into production immediately.
